Our Board

Mambourin is governed by a Board of Directors which is made up of interested community members. The Board has a Board Charter and a more detailed set of Governance Policies. Mambourin’s Board meets monthly. The Chief Executive Officer attends, and reports to, Board meetings. Other managers attend from time to time as the need arises and service users have many opportunities for direct involvement in decision making across the organisation including access to the Board via Client Council.
