How does the promotion work?
It’s easy!
- Tell a friend about Mambourin, and ask them to mention your name when they contact us.
- Your friend contacts Mambourin on 9731 9200 or hello@mambourin.org and asks to speak to a member of our NDIS and Intake team
- The NDIS and Intake team will ask “how did you hear about us?” That’s when your friend mentions your name!
- When your friend has attended Mambourin programs for three weeks full time or equivalent, you will receive your gift card. Hooray!
How will I receive my gift card?
We will contact you when your friend has completed the required period and arrange for you to receive your gift card securely.
Terms and conditions
The person making the referral must be currently receiving supports and services with Mambourin OR be a parent or carer of a person currently receiving services and supports with Mambourin.
The referee (friend) must complete the intake process and sign a standard Service Agreement before commencing services.
*The referee must attend Mambourin services for the equivalent of three weeks full time at 5 days per week. This equals to 90 hours or 15 business days of services. Trial periods and tours are not included in the calculation of these hours.
Gift cards will be valued at $500.00 and cannot be exchanged for cash.
