We’d like to acknowledge our staff teams for all the work they have done to quickly respond to government directives and ensure we are meeting strict hygiene and social distancing requirements as and when they are introduced.
When a Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) order required us to close our community hubs, our teams were quick to leap into action. We were able to roll-out new modes of service delivery such as 1:1 support at home, in the community, and online.
Team members who were not customer-facing were also working hard in the background. This included thorough cleaning and renovations of community hubs, such as refurbishment, painting, and repairs. Others measured and marked-up rooms to ensure we could meet strict social distancing requirements and put up easy-read signage so that everyone returning would understand the new procedures. Others distributed essential supplies such as hand sanitiser, cleaning products and thermometers.
We’d like to thank all Mambourin team members for the responsiveness and resilience they’ve shown and continue to show in keeping our community members safe and supported.
